Fantastic service! We drove up from North Carolina for the Ride2ConquerCancer and had a mishap with one of the bikes on the highway. The bike needed a new rear wheel, tire and saddle, and we needed it right away for the ride the next day. The people at Giant Ancaster could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us. I called the store, told them my predicament, and they told me to come in and they would get my bike fixed that day. We had barely returned to our hotel after dropping it off when I received a text telling me it was ready. The price charged for the parts and labor was very reasonable.
I could not make the purchased silver one work for me. But all good as they actually had identical brass ones as well. Purchased a few (l have terminal droppsy) as well as some XL cut off gloves.

Brought bike in for tune up. Looking for honest recommendations regarding bike fitting my form. Received those recommendations and staff helped to fit bike to my form better than what it had been. Staff explained how the seat post fitted and how it could be adjusted for more comfort. Staff helped to make the seat more comfortable. At end of day when I was picking up, staff waited to be sure I could fit the bike into my vehicle before end of their work day. Very much appreciated staff attention to detail and customer care.
Dan did a great job of checking my Ultegra to ensure it wasn't in need of being replaced based on the recall notice. He suggested changing the lower bracket because the bearings felt a little rough. I'm glad I did. No more clicking noise and a smoother pedal effort.
Best bike shop!! Always able to help, always make time for all their customers, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and quick servicing. Will even teach you to fix your bike yourself :)
Not only are the folks at Giant Ancaster extremely knowledgeable, they are pleasant, accommodating and worked hard at giving me an amazing customer experience when I took our bikes in for their spring tune-ups. Had my bike for a long time and brought it in for tune ups to other shops and the gears never worked as they should. This shop did it right and all my gears work as selected. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing bike repairs
The products at Giant Ancaster are great and the prices are competitive, but more importantly, the staff are attentive, friendly and the service is quick (i.e. bike tune ups, products being ordered & arriving quickly). I won't take my bike anywhere else.
